With over 40 years in healthcare and almost 20 years in media, I have provided specialist psychology consultancy and Duty of Care Psychologist / Producer for some of the biggest broadcast productions in Ireland and overseas.

My work covers the screening and support of child, teenage, and adult contributors, both in front of and behind the camera, as well as on-set, on-location, and post-TX support for production teams.

This includes collaboration with leading broadcasters and production companies such as RTÉ, Virgin Media, ShinAwiL, Vision Independent Productions, Animo TV, Independent Productions, Kite Entertainment, etc where I have overseen contributor wellbeing, risk management, and production support in high-pressure environments.

I have screened hundreds of contributors, advised on script and format risks, and provided psychosocial critical incident response when required. Alongside this, I have worked closely with producers and executives to embed safe, ethical, and compassionate psychological practice into major productions — ensuring that wellbeing, resilience, and professional duty of care remain at the centre of content creation.
