  • I work alongside production teams as a dedicated Duty of Care Producer, embedding psychological expertise into all stages of production.

    This includes:

    • Advising on format and risk

    • Designing duty of care systems

    • Supporting editorial decision-making where contributor welfare is involved

  • Psychological screening and suitability assessments for contributors in TV and film productions.

    • Pre-casting and casting input for production teams

    • Risk identification and practical management planning

    • Clear, confidential reporting to production

    • Guidance to support safe and informed decision-making

    Supporting production teams to identify risk early and protect contributor wellbeing throughout filming.

    • On-set TV production support delivered across Ireland, either embedded within planned production schedules or deployed in response to emerging or crisis situations.

    • I work alongside production teams to provide real-time psychological support, monitor contributor wellbeing, and manage duty of care on set, with the flexibility to travel nationwide at short notice where required.
